A Call center is operated for 24hours with Main Control center of Kyungnam Energy.
Our top priority is customer satisfaction. For the experience of the very highest quality customer service, we truly understand customers by listening carefully first and give proper answers for customer’s requests(emergency, moving, bill etc.) with warm heart.

A Call center offer key services below :
● First channel handling customer's requests about gas rates, payment, etc.
● Assigning customer's requests to related departments and Customer Service Centers.
● Receiving customers requests regarding a use of gas contract.
● To measure level of cusotomers satisfaction - A customer satisfaction survey 'Happy Call'
● Cooperate with Main Control center in case of emergency.

Also, there is a self-service system through ARS so that customers can have easily access to the convenient service.
